Our call center availability during COVID-19 situation


Dear Passengers!

Please be advised that due to the extraordinary situation of COVID-19, our call center will be available from 21st March only on Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.

In addition, our customer service will only temporarily process incoming emails from 21st March to Mon-Fri 9 am-5pm.


Please be advised that incoming emails are being processed in order of importance due to the increased volume.


Our customer service team continues to work to provide passengers with adequate information at this time. We wish all our Dear Passangers good health.
