Useful information Distance between airport and city: 18 km Transfer journey time: 30 minutes depending on the destination and the traffic. Please note that we have service only to/from the following area: Meeting points Madrid Airport: Pick-up times Your pick-up time from the airport is approx 45 minutes after the flight arrival. Please note that the driver can only wait maximum 60 minutes after you landed!
The driver will wait for you with a name plate inside the terminal, at the Arrivals.
Madrid:
In Madrid city, please wait for the driver at the reception of the hotel (or the entrance of the building, if the transfer is from a private address).
From the city to the airport your pick-up time will be confirmed by our local partner.
You have to contact them via phone (Whatsapp) 48 hours before your return journey.
