If you would like to use your credit please contact our Customer Service no later than 5 days before the new travel to be able to confirm your new reservation. Our collagues will allow you the transfer upgrade function. You need to log into your my booking with your original booking code and the e-mail address used by making the reservation. Scroll down the page, there will be a transfer upgrade button. If you click on it, a new booking will open, select the country, airport, etc, click on continue fill the requested details and finish the payment (if the new transfer is more expensive than the original one, there will be a price difference). After finishing the payment you will receive the confirmation e-mail with your new booking code.
