If you did not receive your confirmation e-mail, please check if the amount has been deducted from your account, because it is possible that the payment was not succesful. If you have had a succesful payment and you did not receive the confirmation, please contact our Customer Service Team and our collagues will resend your confirmation e-mail. Please note if you booked your transfer on ryanair.com it can take up to 4 hours to receive the confirmation e-mail after the succesful payment.
