Travelling within 3 days and not receiving the e-ticket

 

First please check your personalized surface in our online customer service system in ’My booking’ chapter with the help your booking code and the e-mail address you gave in the booking.

 

a) Did you receive the transfer booking confirmation, within 2 hours from the booking?

If you did not receive a confirmation either, please contact our customer service to check your booking!

 

b) When did you book the transfer?

In case you made the booking in less than 3 workdays before travel, please note that your e-ticket will be made on the day after the booking was made. In case you need the e-ticket earlier, please contact our customer service.
