Not receiving the e-ticket
You will only get your e-ticket in email if you ordered your PlusAirportline transfer via phone or email by bank transfer.
If you booked your PlusAirportline transfer in the Ryanair booking flow, Ryanair Web Check-In, Ryanair Manage My Booking, on ryanair.com or ryanair.plusairportline.com you will get a link to your personalized page in our online customer service system where you can download your manage, modify your PlusAirportline transfer service and download your e-ticket when it is ready.
Please note that we cannot guarantee providing the service for passengers whose booking arrive to us on the same day as the day of the first journey.
Furthermore in case you booked the service for the same or the following day of the purchase it is the passengers’ responsibility to notify us on SOS@plusairportline.com by sending us his flight ticket booking confirmation e-mail issued by Ryanair.
If you do not notify us of such event we cannot accept any complaint for the booking and service in question.
