E-ticket ready email
Your transfer e-ticket will be ready approximately 10 calendar but not later then 2 workdays before the transfer date. In case you book your transfer within 3 days to your fist journey day, you will receive your e-ticket on the next day. We will notify you in e-mail when the e-ticket is ready.
In case you booked a transfer for the following day your e-ticket will be ready within a few minutes from our online customer service surface (My booking).
In this notification e-mail, you cannot see the travel data. In the notification email you will find a link to your personalized page in our online customer services system where you can download your manage, modify your redcab service and download your e-ticket when it is ready.
