Cannot enter destination/pick-up address
a) I cannot log in to my transfer data page.
There are 2 ways to access the data page:
1. One day after booking you received a transfer booking confirmation e-mail. You can find a link in this e-mail that takes you directly to your transfer booking data page.
2. You can log in at our webpage in the ’My booking’ surface. Please enter your booking code, and the e-mail address in your booking, and click on ’Login’.
If you received a notification e-mail that your e-ticket is ready, you can also use the link in the notification e-mail to reach your transfer data page.
b) I managed to log in, I can enter the address to the ’Destination address’ box but cannot save it.
c) I logged in successfully, but I cannot type anything to the ’Destination address’ box.
