Changing booking data
a) I would like to change the contact name / passenger name / e-mail address in the booking.
You can change these data at our website. Please log in in the ’My booking’ surface with your booking code and e-mail address. You can change these data minimum 2 workdays before travel; after this time we cannot accept the change!
If you changed the contact name in the booking, please print a new e-ticket.
b) I would like to change other data in my booking.
You can change your travel date and time at our website, before the e-ticket is made. For the change, please log in in the ’My booking’ surface. After the e-ticket is made, you cannot change these data on the website.
If you would like to modify data other than the above, or you would like to modify data after the e-ticket is downloadable, please send your modification request to us in e-mail, with your booking code!
Please note, we can only process our e-mails in office hours (workdays, Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 CET). Out of office hours please contact our call centre at 0036 30 622 89 19
